Our NBSC stalk tube (or riser tube) is designed for die casting of molten aluminum, aluminium alloys, magnesium alloys and copper alloys. As replacement of cast iron and old ceramic ones, our product has some exceptional features as follows:
a. High density, high mechanical strength;
b. Excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion;
c. High washing resistance, oxidation resistance, acid resistance and thermal shock resistance;
d. Low wettability with the melts, bring minimum impurities to the melts;
e. High cost performance, long service life.
Also we can supply stalk (riser) tubes made of other materials or by different process, for example, Si3N4 (SSN, RBSN, G.P.S-SN, HPSN), O’-SiAlON, aluminum titanate, dense fused silica and coated cast iron. Please contact us if interested.
