PA (polyamide-nylon) pipe extrusion line - SXG

PA (polyamide-nylon) pipe, due to the excellent resistance performance against
bending, fatigue ,stretch, chemical corrosion and gasoline, diesel oil, lubricating oil as well as smooth inner wall .The pipe has largely been applied to the ranges of oil pipe and braking system of automobile and pipeline for special medium ,existing materials for automobile pipeline are PA11,PA12,PA6,PA66 etc. With high additional value, large future market shall be foreseen.
Based on plenty of practicing experiences and Japanese technology, we have developed the third generation PA precision pipe extrusion line, which has been widely approved by our customers from home and abroad.

Equipment features:
1. The screw optimized by Japanese technological processing makes the extruder perfectly adapt to the PA material which is with high thermal sensitivity, flowability and melt viscosity ,thus ensure the even plasticizing and high output efficiency;
2. High pressure positive displacement mould makes the headpiece capable of higher melt pressure ,thereby ,improve the pipe quality and stabilize the extruding process;
3. Cooling vacuum trough is made of SUS304 stainless steel ,the supporting frame equipped with spiral lifter can realize 3-dimensional adjustment ,thereby, enables the operation to be more convenient .High quality liquid circulating vacuum pump provides steady vacuum negative pressure ,the stainless steel water tank and centrifugal pump combined with external cooling water supply form a water circulation;
4. The imported multilayer straps of the haul off are of high quality and wearable ,guided by smooth roller .ABB A/C variable frequency governor from Switzerland realizes stepless speed regulation;
5. Low inertia aluminum alloy rotary blade matched with locking device as well as Taiwan TECO servo control system for the cutter realizes precise and smooth cutting .PLC programming control from Japanese Mitsubishi and SIEMENS operational interface realize the functions of continuous cutting ,timing cutting and counting cutting .High degree of flexibility and automaticity satisfy different cutting needs.
