Uses and Adjustments
Before testing, check the fixing, clean work environment, keep the tester particular injector connector clean, then pour number0 light diesel oil whose precipitation time is over 48 hours into oil tank.
1.Testing injection HVAC opening pressure, put the injection HVAC on the intermediate stent. Alignment fuel connector, rotate the crew on the stent, fix the injection HNAC, check the sealing, press the pressure lever to fuel watching the press gauge. The maximum needle point is the injection opening pressure. If the injection can’t be attached to the stent, rotate the down the nut up the high-pressure pipe, fix the injection HVAC, and then test. If the opening pressure are beyond the pressure range, adjust the injector spring to meet the requirements.
2.The angle of fuel injection HVAC
After adjusting the injection opening pressure or spray angle test is possible. Put a black page or rail fiber cloth with butter, then pumping again and again. When a injector circle is clearly seen on the page or a circle appear in the rail fiber cloth, measure the distance(H) from injector HVAC mouth to iron fiber cloth and diameter(D) of the circle. Calculate out the injector spray angle(a) according to
Tg a/2= D/2H
3.Atomization experiment
Press the pressure lever, make the injector fuel, watch the atomization instance of injection HVAC. Spray drip should be thin, equality, the injector don’t leak.
4.Check the correction manometer on the time(half of time once)
5.Don’t press the pressure lever without oil, in case destroying the stopper.
