TH6003 Additive Package for Turbine Oil - TH6003

Description As a kind of transparent liquid free of suspended substance, TH6003 is formulated with a variety of additives such as high effective antioxidant and anti-rusting agent. Possessing excellent oxidation stability and anti-rusting property, it is applicable to engines and industrial drive devices (including their control systems) and marine drive devices. Applications The TSA turbine oils of N32, N46, N68 and N100 grades, can be prepared by adding 0.4-0.5% TH6003 as per the internal addition standard method and 1-20mg/kg antifoam agent into highly extracted or hydrogenated base oil. Points for Attention 1, The package is a kind of functional additive package, applied by adding with antifoam agent. 2, The recommended temperature for blending of oil is 60-75oC. 3, The temperature of heating steam for transferring and blending should not exceed 110oC.
