Our 80mm ED APO refractor features the second to none technologies in both design
and manufacture. It can provide superb images while offering the great convenience
for users to carry (the OTA is retractive and can be put into small cases).
Strictly followed by ISO9001 quality controlling system, every single refractor
is handcraft made and star tested by our highly qualified technicians whose average
working experience are over 25 years. The cemented panchromatic triplet in our
80mm ED type is made from extra- low dispersion glasses imported from Japan and
are completely achromatic aberration free within the whole visible range of spectrum.
These are distinct characters that have differed our ED type from those poorly made
telescopes in quality. With a focal length of 560mm and fast focal ratio of f/7,
the "ED80" is wonderfully suited for visual applications on both solar system
and deep-sky objects as well as for prime-focus astrophotography and CCD imaging.
Generally speaking, our ED refractor is the excellent choice for high-end users.
