This Biomass Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control system is designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The motor can be 11kw/15kw/18.5kw-3phase-380v-50hz electrical driven motor. This machine can be operated 16 hours per day. The extruded wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquette boilers or boilers for heating.

Working principle:
The self bonding of wood to form a pellet involves the thermo-plastic flow of the polymeric material, basically the lignin and hemicelluloses naturally occurring in the wood feedstock. These materials that serve as the glue in the process, become plastic and flows at specific conditions of temperature and moisture.
