The various radiant tubes made by HEXIN are normally for continuous strip processing furnaces of steel mills, like U shaped, W shaped, P , double P shaped ,customized shape, tube temperatures up to 1250°C, according to the furnace design.
Taking energy efficiency and NOx emissions into consideration, the W shaped radiant tube and U shaped RT is more efficient and reliable. At the current energy price level, additional expenses for more efficient radiant tube systems can be recovered in a few years. Including the other advantages, such as increased production, less downtime, temperature uniformity, flame safety and better tube life-time, the payback period for these systems can be reduced considerably.
The radiant tubes are made from NiCr alloy tubes, by centrifugal casting/spun casting tube with investment casting elbow, machining the inside holes,hydraulic pressure testing, welding and a series of NDT testling, like PT, RT. To increase the service life of radiant tubes, we select only the 100% new raw material to guarantee the physical properties of the tubes. We can supply complete ready-to-install assemblies according to customer specification. We also provided as cast tubes, welded tubes, welding of flanges and casings with fiber blankets, bottom distance spacers, etc.,
Quality control:
We carry out very strict quality control from raw material to each step of the process, until the finished product is dispatched. To make sure the highest quality possible, each test is carried out strictly with our in-house testing facilities. The most generally used methods of testing given below:
Chemical analysis by Spectrometer
Mechanical tests in Normal and High temperature.
