We are newly formed company that deals with wood sculptures from ghana at very competitive prices we sell oil paintings from artists in the u. S. We also, sell blown glass from our local glass blowers we have the capabilites of filling large orders for the wood carvings. The carvings come from aburi akuapem ghana west Africa, they are carved from an assortment of woods such as teak, cypress, ironwood, and some mahogany each statue and mask represents different aspects of west African culture, from coming of age to peace, harmony, family, fertility, prosperity, most of the large mask and large wall carvings have well over a hundred hours to create. The carvers are using the same techniques that were passed down through generations from master carver to apprentice. Some of these items are duplicates of ceremonial items that were used in remote villages for hundreds of years and are still being used in some of the oldest villages.
