Abeba Giday Trading House Plc was established in 1993. Since its establishment the company has been active and successful in import and wholesale of reinforcing bars and timber, distribution of beverages, distribution of sugar. The company exports organically grown first grade coffee processed using its own modern coffee pulping plant. It also exports oil seeds and miscellaneous agricultural products.

The sister company Abeba Transport Plc operates over 100 dry and fuel tanker cargo trucks. Bazen Plc another sister company is engaged in agro-industry developments. It owns Olime Farm with an area of 800 hectare land located at Western Oromia Jimma Zone. Bazen Agricultural& Industrial Development Plc is also preparing to engage in Rose Flower Production near Addis Ababa. It has planned to invest in large scale farm in the Administrative Region of Gambella.
