By accessing or using Business Directory (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a business-to-business directory that allows companies to publish profiles and product listings and allows buyers to contact suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Accounts and registration

• You must provide accurate company information and a valid business certificate when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may review, approve, reject or suspend registrations to protect the quality of the directory.
• Company names cannot be changed after registration without our approval.

3. Listings and content rules

You agree not to publish content that:

• is false, misleading or infringes third-party rights;
• contains contact details, promotional superlatives or marketing claims prohibited by our listing policy;
• duplicates your own or another company’s products, specifications or images;
• promotes illegal products or services, malware, or spam;
• impersonates another company or uses alternate company names to bypass our rules.

We may remove listings and suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

4. Licence to content

You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting the Service.

5. Inquiries

When a buyer submits an inquiry, their contact details and message are forwarded to the relevant supplier. Suppliers must use this information only to respond to the inquiry and must comply with applicable data-protection laws. Buyers must not use the inquiry system to send spam.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape or resell the Service without permission.

7. Third-party links and content

The Service contains information and links provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or websites.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not verify every listing and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality or quality of third-party content, products or services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service or dealings with other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
