Professional product&mould designing department:

A good design is essential for a high quality plastic product produced by injection molding.At Arry, we have professional mold designing engineers who have many years of designing experience handling with advanced computer software, such as, UG 7.5 roe wild-fire 5.0

Autocad 2011 etc. Our designing department can carry on designing work from customers based on incoming drawings or customers samples.We also can provide entire design solution based on customers ideas,sketches and drawings or can assist you in designing or optimizing your product under consideration of your need to the best possible product in case of production,technical properties and valuable price..

Tooling department&Workshop:

Tooling department is a comprehrnsive facility,equipped with advanced CNC machining center, EDM, high accuracy milling machine, grinding machine, lathe machine, and other related machining machine sothat can ensure mould s machining progress and accuracy,and staffed by a team of highly skilled professionals

Injection department:

Our injection workshop is equipped with 27 advanced high-precision injection machines in different tonnages which are imported from Taiwan and Japan. Such as, Toshiba, Sumitomo,Niigata,Taiwan Union plastic.Our advanced high-precision injection machines are equipped with mold temperature controller,industrial chiller,accumulator that are essential facilites for super quality and ultrathin accuurate plastic injection products. The mould clamping forces of machines are from 25t to 700t. The weights range of the plastic products our company produced are from 48 gram(1.7OZ) to 2800 gram(100OZ).We also have introduced gas assistant injection facility. Our production capacity can meet demands from different customers. All in all, we can provide satified service for different customers who have different requirements
