Shirish kotecha, with the strenght of only two workers with a vision & detemination to grow & a concept of 100% wageslinked up with production, quality & scrap. Thereafter, there was a steady growth in size& strength, due to harmonious relations all the working process of the company. Established in 1994 is a sister company also specializing in components for 2,3, &4 wheelers. Mr. Shirish kotecha, M. S. Mech. Engg. Specialized in acoustic & I. C. Engines, is a technocrat with a vision & mission to succeed. From a trainee engineer, mr. Kotecha went on to become a executive director at kinetic engineering former known as kinetic honda within a a short span of 12 years. His belief in the automobile industry made him start achal industries. He also has the distinction of introducing "tissue culture" 12years ago, something unheard of in those days. Today nirmitee bio-tech is a leading supplier of tissue culture plants to farmers all over India and has exported over 0.5 million ornamental plants to u. S. A.
