Products / Services 1 ) UPVC PIPES : a) UPVC PIPES manufactured according to DIN 8061 – 8062 , ASTM D 1785 Sch 40 for potable water, waste water, irrigation, and industrial uses. b) UPVC PIPES manufactured according to DIN 19534 & 19531 for sewer and drain. c) UPVC PIPES manufactured according to DIN 8062 for telephone and electrical cables. d) UPVC pressure threaded pipes manufactured according to BS. 3505, ASTM D 2241. 2 ) PP & PE FILLER MASTERBATCH : a) PLASTOLINE ™ : is a filler masterbatch, concentrated mixture of PP or PE and Calcium Carbonate and other coloring additives, can be added to PP&PE, improving the polymer properties, offering economic advantages, enhance mechanical strength, specifically designed for use in tape & yarns extrusion, products injection, blown film. b) Masterbatches : different colors carried on PE, PS which is valid to color the different raw materials such as HIPS, PP, ABS, LDPE, HDPE and PS . also, the factory produces the ADDITIVE CONCENTRATES to improve the plastic specification as : Anti-Oxidants, U.V Stabilizers and Flam Retardants. 3 ) PE MONOFILAMENTS : a) PE Monofilaments Roll : for greenhouse, building protection, wind break, freeze prevention, privacy protection, animal protection, fishery floats, fishing cooler. b) PE Monofilaments Bag : are widely used to pack agricultural products such as onions, potatoes, garlic, orange and other citrus products and various kind of vegetables and fruits. c) PE Monofilaments Thread: 190 Mic. , 230 Mic. , 250 Mic. , can be used for making rope, mosquito mesh and fish net.
