Asia MotorWorks Ltd. (AMW) has set up state-of-art facilities for the manufacture and assembly of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV) with installed capacity of 12,000 units/year (to be scaled up to 35,000 units/year) at Bhuj, Kutch District in Gujarat, India.

AMW also has a state of the art steel wheel rim manufacturing facility at the same location. The current annual production capacity is of 1.5 million pieces for Car / Trailer / Tractor Front wheels and 0.5 million pieces for Tractor rear / Truck wheels respectively. These capacities are being scaled up to 12 million pieces & 3 million pieces respectively by end of 2008.

AMW will emerge as the largest single location manufacturer of wheel rims world wide with the unique advantage of backward integration of steel, the major input raw material to make wheel rims.

The AMW manufacturing plant is equipped with all necessary testing facilities and ED coat paint line. We have solution for wheel requirement ranging from wheels for cars to HCVs and agriculture tractors (Brochure attached for your reference). We are also certified by ISO 9001 & TS 16949. Our high speed trailer wheels are certified & approved by TUV.

AMW is already supplying wheels to major OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) like GM, Fiat, New Holland Tractors, Mahindra & Mahindra, TAFE, International Tractors, etc. Along with the above OEMs AMW is also supplying to some of the largest tyre & wheel distributors in Europe.
