BPL Teas (Pvt)Ltd., is fully owned subsidary of Bogawantalawa plantations Ltd,which owns most of Sri Lanka's best tea plantations and produces some of the world's best high grown,mid grown and low grown tea totalling to approximately 10 million kilos per year.Bogawantalawa plantations Limited is one of the leading regional plantation companies,whose plantations are mostly located in the highlands renowned as 'Golden Valley' of Sri Lanka.

Its main task is to process and value add the most prestigious 'Bogawantalawa Tea' into packeted teas,tea bags and flavoured teas,and offer to buyers direct.Thereby it gives the customers a distinct advantage of purchasing teas packeted within a short period of manufacture.This enables the customer to purchase factory fresh Sri Lanka's tea.
