Like all GARMIN portables, the GPSMAP 295 is completely user configurable. You can even split the screen to keep an eye on an HSI graphic while watching your progress on a moving map. The GPSMAP 295 also offers installation options. Mount it on the yoke for convenient one-thumb operation. Or attach it to the glareshield in a heads-up configuration. Either way, you'll find the unit is a wealth of information, simple to use, and easy on the eyes. The GPSMAP 295 also features NMEA and Garmin interfaces,4' diagonal high contrast 16 color LCD, and 2.5 hour battery powered operation off 6 AA batteries.
