Caspian is a Baku based company started in 1994 with offices in Larnaca, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and St. Petersburg. We buy all types of goods mainly Cigarettes and electrical switchgear, from China and Pakistan.

Electrical switchgear (MCB's ELCB's RCD's distribution boards) and wiring accessories (light switches 13amp sockets) these goods are mainly for CIS counties and Africa. We supply to large building contactors and wholesalers. We receive tender documents very day, to which we have to submit our quotes, we purchase in large numbers for a number of projects which means that we can pass on the discounts to our customers we receive for ordering in large numbers.

We have a large number of wholesalers in Africa and the CIS to which we have contracts to regularly supply cigarettes; we in turn have in place contracts with factories in Pakistan and China to supply us with up to 15 X 40" containers each month. However sometimes there is a need to source additional containers when demand is high, we purchase these at spot prices for goods on the floor, as these are required quickly. We look for the most completive spot price. These goods have to be inspected before purchase to ensure that the cigarettes are to a good standard; our own buyers, or third parties that are nominated by us either do this.
