| About us | function test of luminous objects (especially led) in the visible sector of light by comparison with user-defined parameters. connection of the tested objects is done by optical fibres, whereas these are available in triple or quintuple versions. this allows the sequential test of up to 5 totally different objects with only one tool. jamming influences by environmental light are automatically compensated. colour, which can not be differentiated definitely by the naked eye, will surely be differentiated with this tool. colour and intensity of the different test objects can be parameterised and evaluated independently from each other. test duration for one object will be approx. 23 ms. this allows the use in certain applications, e. g. circuit boards equipped with different led's, which have to be tested within an automated production process. comfortable software tool for putting into operation, parameterisation and statistical evaluation of the test results. parameterisation of up to 15 different products. continuous access status readout of tester signals. this eases the process of putting into operation the total system. easier parameter definition through an automatic default function. further optimisation by statistical evaluation of larger test series. the tool is able to control test- and compensation cycles. the tool provides 2 different interfaces. the first interface is optimised for communication to commercial in-circuit-tester by digital i/os, whereas the handshake protocol is implemented. this allows as well a secure tool communication, as a simultaneous function control of the tool and the connection by the tester. the above image shows the interface timing. this digital interface gives a simple good/ bad prediction. the second interface is a serial rs232 interface. there are also bus-compatible rs422 options available. this interface is required for the initiation with the software tool. furthermore, the tool can be operated completely by this interface. this allows the user for example to process the sensor values with his own software. both interfaces are also usable in parallel. external circuit of the digital interface and mechanical measurements of the tool. delivery of complete solutions according to the customer's requirements. |
