SKD-Production Capacity 250.000 set/year Car Audio 2.500.000 set/year Speaker Quality Control System Process Quality Control ( SPC ) Quality Level ( Max 100 PPM ) OUR CUSTOMERS: TOFAS FIAT: DOBLO: We as Daiichi are 100% supplier of doblo speakers, since December 2003 we are unique supplier for Doblo speakers. Yearly production: 90,000 cars. PALIO: We are on approval phase for loudspeakers, on August 2004 we are finalising approval procedure. We are going to be unique supplier for this item, yearly production is 60,000 cars. Tofas has programmed to use 10-15,000 CD radio. We are kindly asking you to send us your price offer for AKD-5081 model, for Palio CD-radio project. MAREA: On May 2004 we have begun to pre-series, we have got 100% of Marea speakers. Yearly production is 9,000 cars. FORD TURKEY: Truck: We've got loudspeaker project of Ford Trucks. We are 100% supplier for trucks. In August 2004 we shall make our first shipment. Yearly production is 7,000 trucks. Ford Connect: We are local partner to Grundig for this project for casette-radio & cd-radio (models: CL-100 & CL-200). Yearly production is 63,000 cars. Now we are finalising 100,000 km road test. After that our shipments will start. HONDA TURKEY: CIVIC: Till 2003 August we have supplied them loudspeakers, but after the management has passed to Japan and they stopped our shipments because out loudspeakers were not approved by Japan headquarter. And we have begin to approval process for 2006 restyling Civic model. |
