| About us | We are now 137 persons, sprayed in the farms area of 4 cities, each of us working in his own home, producing 13000 units/year(and growing this number 40 % each 12 months). Our virtual 'production line' finish in the Chapada Farm, our processing center and home of our window to the world, opened with the help of a notebook(used too for our database management), a cell phone(the nearest land phone line is 20 km far... ) and a Internet Service Provider. This production system allow: -Drastic cost reduction(no builds, no machines, no support people, etc) -Fluid processing(completely horizontal hierarchy structure) -Environment friendly production(absolutely sprayed resources) -Socially correct work(turning economically active lots of people, especially women, that do not have another way to do so) -Cultural preservation(by keeping and growing the tradition of embroidery in full stitch here, that was vanishing together with ours grandmas ). We sell our products in fairs in many Brazilian states, and we have a network of partners that buy and re-sell our work in shopping centers, little shops, etc(supported using the Mail services, either for delivery or payment). We have, by now,3 customers outside Brazil, in USA, Spain and Portugal, supported too using the mail services.
