It's a dyeing factory which can manufacture as per orders. In 1990, equipped with flat screen printing, rotary printing; founded a printing&dyeing factory(area20,000 sqm) In 1993, equipped with transfer printing m/c and duplicating press equipment, etc; set up a factory equipped with brushing and anti-pilling m/c for polar fleece products. In 1996, cooperated with china textile testing&research center and american 3m company in technology developing new fabric t. W. Fleece and got both the patent for intellectual property rights and business license of dr. Long international(us. A. ) co. Ltd. In the state of nevada, u. S. A. In 1997, set up tien-wei-lung factory, equipped with 30 circular knit m/cs and 2000 kg vacuum fixed designing steamer during the first stage, whose production capability was 450 tons/month. We have become an integrated and professional factory capable of producing yarn facilities, knitting, printing&dyeing and finishing. In 1997, cooperated with hou-yie printing&dyeing co. Ltd and set up taipei office as the main spot to run the international business. And in the same year, we set up china office&factory for the chinese market(area16,000 sqm). In 2001, started the second period project of dr. Long group(china)factory(area139998 sqm). Remark: Fabric manufacturing is the main range of dr. Long group, and we also specialize in sports facilities, electrical machinery manufacturing and language education, etc. |
