Our company, instant range sdn bhd, is an international contract manufacturer for bedding products such as mattresses(latexfoam and spring), foundations(divans)headboards and accessories such as bed linens and comforters.
Besides that, we also market our products under our very own in house brands 'goodnite', which is distributed under our subsidiary goodnite enterprise sdn bhd and 'dpc', which is distributed by kidz house sdn bhd in malaysia.
We recently launched our new range of memory foam mattresses under the double posture coil(dpc)series, where we incorporated the use of memory foam in our design.
Memory foam, also known as visco elastic foam, is a space age material that was initially developed for nasa space astronauts during space flight. This material is temperature sensitive and moulds itself according to the body shape and contour in order to provide perfect lumbar support and comfort. It is also 4 times more dense but because of its open cell structure, it breathes and therefore is cool to the touch.
As such, our products help to minimise sleep pressure points which would otherwise cause interrupted sleep.
Due to economies of scale and lower manufacturing costs, we are uniquely positioned to offer you our services as your contract manufacturer as distributor of our range of products.
Our double posture coil system was developed through our in-house r&d and is 33% firmer than regular spring mattresses and as such dpc mattresses provide better support and comfort for a better sleep. This unique coil system is based on swiss technology and is entirely manufactured in house at our manufacturing facility in malaysia. It is also similar to other world reknowned offset coil spring systems, but at more affordable prices. Our dpc range includes the standard dpc innerspring and pocket spring systems.
