In 1986, Paul A. Stitt, M. S. C. N. S. Founder and Chairman of the Board, Natural Ovens Bakery, Inc. Discovered a variety of flax that was both rich in Omega-3, and good tasting. At first, all the flax and Omega-3 experts in the world said it wasnt possible to have both good taste and high Omega-3 in flax seed.

Within five years all the experts had to agree with Paul Stitt and his team of researchers.
