It is established to trade on petroleum products. It is also an agent to many foreighn manufaturing companies as representaties. The compang also have a 40% shareholding in a reputable gold mining company in ghana. Finamansaoil has a 60% majority share holding in noble farms limited also in ghana. The farms which deals mainly with cocoa, palm fruits and orange plantation will soon go into prodution of fruit drinks.
The company has a president and two vice presidents. It also has 6 more managerial staffs and 8 supervisory staffs and other low ranks staff of 23.
