GIT will enter into an agreement to offer these services to a manufacturer and negotiate a percentage commission on sales, included in the selling price of the product. The commission is paid by the buyer, and included in a direct payment of the consignment to the account of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is liable to pay over the commission once a transaction is concluded and final payment has been effected.
