| About us | Our monthly production capacity reaches 900 tons of foils and foil-products. The main type of polyethylene being processed is LDPE, HDPE, or mdpe and LLDPE. These raw materials in form of granulate are transformed to foil, using extrusion process. Besides the basic modification on foil, recycling mark, ionization (preparation for imprint), UV stabilization, antistatic modification and anti-slip design can be made. The foil can be either sold as an end-product or used for further processing (for plastic bags and sacks). Among our main products belong trash bags made of recycled polyethylene. The basic color choices are blue or black bags of different lengths and widths. It is possible to produce bags of alternative colors, such as red, yellow, white, green and brown. The bags can be printed on customer request. Special variant of product are bags with tightening ribbon build-in the upper part of the bag. This system simplifies manipulation with filled up bag. All our products are produced according to slovak stn norms and European standards; recyclable and ecologically clean. |
