| About us | Our head office is situated in Hong Kong with a team of highly experienced designers and supporting staff. The production plant of the company is in Dong Guan, Guangdong province in China with floor area of 44,000 sq. ft. The plant is fully equipped with injection molding machines of various capacities, mold making machine tools, packging and other auxiliary facilities. Our plant is also capable of doing high quality printing (tempo / silk-screen / hot stamp) of customer's logo and artworks on the products. We have over 200 workers at the present, all of them are trained to be quality conscious. This, together with our implementation of morden management techniques, ensures efficiency and quality in all our production lines. Besides, our own products, we are fully capable of developing new products for individual customers. We have the experience and expertise in acting as a project integrator, from product design, rapid prototyping, pre-production engineering, materials / production facilities sourcing to manufacturing and quality assurance. Some of our recent OEM projects include: 1) Scooter (bicycle-style for adults and youngsters) - involves precision blow-molding and injection molding of components. 2) Snow helmet (for skiing and snowboarding) - EPS foam molding of the inner shock-absorbing shell and injection molding of the outer hard shell. 3) Driving Book (a toy book for children) - injection molding of steering wheels with electronic sound modules inside.
