Guangdong overseas economic& trade corp. Zhuhai company(hereinafter referred to goetzh), approved by the foreign economic and trade committee of guangdong province, examined and approved by the ministry of foreign economic and trade of the people's republic of china(was renamed as ministry of commerce of the people's republic of china), is a all-around state-owned foreign trade enterprise which handles import and export business. It was founded in august,1988 and registered in administration of industry and commerce of guangdong province, with a status of an independent legal body.
