I am the deputy of Jiangsu-Zhejiang Office of GUANGZHOU LIGHT HOLDINGS GENERAL MERCHANDISE I/E LIMITED held by GUANGZHOU LIGHT INDUSTRY HOLDINGS LIMITED.

On the approval of Guangzhou municipal government,former Guangzhou Light

Industrial Products lmport & Export(Group) Corporation have been reformed as

the main parts of Guangzhou Light Holdings Limited.(GZLI).GZLI was authorized

to organize the former Guangzhou Machinery Import & Export Corporation,

Guangzhou Metals & Minerals Import & Export Corporation and Guangzhou Foreig

Trade Advertising Exhibition Corporation as her Wholly-invested enterprises,

and form Guangzhou Light Group.It is the first foreign trade enterprise group

built up in the way of modern enterprise system.The group has more than 50

members of enterprises.

In the principle of pursuing maximum profit, managing state-owned assets

and linking up the members with assets connection GZLI will run the State-

owned assets authorized by Guangzhou State-owned Assets Managing Association,

ensuring increment of the state-owned assets.According to the direction of

market situation,GZLI will take full advantage of whole aggregation to develop

a diversified economy in all aspects.The object of GZLI is to lead the group

to be an enterprise dealing with trade as the leading part, service as the
