HISTORY: 1963 Foundation of HALIT UZUN MAKINA in Turkey by Mr. HALİT UZUN, for the purpose of directing the experience and accumulation gained at the edible oil sector to manufacturing. 1970 Foundation of a Oil Factory belonging to HALİT UZUN MAKİNA, processing cottonseed and sunflower seed. 1994 HUM signs the representative contract with THE LURGI GROUP / Germany, one of the leading companies worldwide in edible oil technologies. 1997 HUM signs the representative contract with LFC LOCHEM / Holland, the biggest manufacturing company of the filtration systems. 1998 HUM starts manufacturing of CRUSHER and FLAKER machines according to the license contract made with DAMMAN-CROES / Belgium, one of the leading companies of the world in preparation processes. 1998 HUM signs the representative contract with KORTING / Germany, the leader company of the vacuum systems. 1998 HUM starts manufacturing of CONTINUOUS REFINING and SOLVENT EXTRACTION plants under the license of Lurgi. 1999 HUM signs the representative contract with THT-THERMTECHNIK / Germany, the manufacturer company of the Industrial Heaters. |
