| About us | Regarding the guarantee, you have my guarantee that we will pay for all good product. I cannot blindly guarantee any shipment regardless of quality or received quantity. I am sure that you would agree, that we need to agree that if we get in a shipment and it is full of defective parts that we should not pay for it. However, to my knowledge we have never withheld payment from you and our only issues have been some late wires. I will guarantee we will always pay for all shipments that meet our specified quality and confirmed quantity, but the blind guarantee is difficult to agree to.
