HANS TRANSFORMERS incorporate most modern engineering concepts and high quality materials, processed under expert supervision and rigid quality control. We manufacture Control Transformer & Current Transformer.

Standard voltage ratios as per specified by IS and Non- Standard ratings voltage can also be Supplied. We are conveniently located at Saki Naka, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400072

Our transformers are specially designed to cater to its specific use and conform in all respect to the latest Version of IS 2705.

PRODUCT RANGE

HANS TRANSFORMERS covers a wide range of Current Transformers both for metering and protection. Control Transformer and light Transformer manufactured conforming norms of Indian standards. These are recommended for use in bus bar chambers, control cubicles, circuit brackets etc. The type class of accuracy and burden depend upon the nature of the actual application.

Our product ranges are as follows.

Control Transformers.

Current Transformers up to 0.5% accuracy both resin cast and Tape wound up to 5000 Amp.

Dry type light transformers up to 100 kVA

However because of ease operation in HANS TRANSFORMERS, We manufacture transformers of Standard Rating. Smaller transformers, less than 10KVA are also manufactured.

QUALITY ASSUARANCE SYSTEM

All finished transformers are tested by us for all routine tests as per relevant IS. This is irrespective of the fact, as to whether the client comes for inspection or not or whether clients insist on this or not. All the test results are recorded and maintained, which is a permanent record with us. Each transformer is given individual serial number. So as to correlate all the documents pertaining to it. When required routine tests certificate (As per the format includes) are furnished to the clients.

Regarding type testing, we have facilities to carry out temperature rise test as per IS. We have done this test independently.

Copper tested at independent testing laboratory for Electrolytic conductivity.
