| About us | MAIN PRODUCTS: 1.type I elastic clip fastening type I clip fastening applies to standard guage railway of straight line or line of curve railway (R>=300m),links 50、60kg/m rail and prestressed concrete sleeper.Its maximum adjusting height is 10mm. (1). Type I clip Type: A and B Specifications: its material is 60Si2Mn ,single fatigue life is 2 million times,Rockwell hardness is HRC41-46,residual deformation <1mm,metallographic structure is homogeneous troostitic and sorbitic tempered structure. (2).Gauge baffle plate Type: 14#,20# for 50kg/m rail;6#,10# for 60kg/m rail. Specifications: its material is Q235-A steel ,the mechanical performance is fit for the standard of GB700,the maximum corner warping height is 0.8mm. (3).Flat washer Specifications: its material is Q235-A steel ,up to GB700 standard,its axiality is 1.4,flatness is 0.5mm. (4).Screw spike Specifications: its material is Q235-A steel ,up to GB700 standard,its length is 195mm,and axiality is 2.0. 2. Overall set elastic clip separated switch fittings They apply to 43,50,60kg/m railway,including turnout plates,fastenings,rail brace,block,spike,bolt,nut, washer, etc.All the fittings are complete in specifications from the beginning of turnout to the end of turnout,the plates and rails are linked by type I elastic clip fastenings. 3.Railway spike bolt (1).thread spike It is fit for the national standard,and applies to wooden sleeper track of standard gauge railway . (2). five kinds of bolts They apply to standard guage railway turnout ,including step bolt,stud,T-bolt,rectangular cap bolt and rectangular countersunk bolt.The machenical performance and contour dimensions of them are up to the railway standard. 4.Other fittings (1).Plate for rail permanent way It applies to 43,50,60kg/m railway .It is made by nodular cast iron or Q235 steel,up to the standard. (2).Various fastenings height-adjusting fastenings,70-fastenings,bridge guard rail fastenings ,shoulder. (3).Rail joint accessories general high strength fish bolts and nuts,plastic lock washer. (4).
