These award winning video and voice technologies can be found implemented in the digiop g2 family of products which are available through qualified systems integrators and dealers, distribution and vertical market partners, and through selected OEM partners, having a global presence, under their respective brands. Digiop g2 includes digital video recorders, noise reduction appliances as well as network video streaming devices. DVR selections range from PC based, software compression units to linux embedded and PC based hardware compression systems. Each includes its own unique set of benefits, but all include the award winning digiop technology.

General solutions DVR products include applications for mobile, wireless, standalone, remote/harsh, and enterprise network environments. The newest addition to our product line up is a full family of color CCTV cameras including standard fixed, mini dome, fixed cameras with integrated zoom capability and much more. In addition to standard cameras, the line also recognizes the special applications client and includes vehicle, network, and weather proof items. The digiop family of CCTV cameras are designed with integration in mind and fully compliment the digiop DVR family as well as existing CCTV systems.

As a further supplement to our recording products, general solutions introduced voistore during 1st quarter 2004. Voistore is a fully network enabled voice logging system designed to leverage evolving it networks and address compliance, performance, and risk management issues in enterprises and call centers.

The complete line of products benefit a diverse client base including installations in the following vertical markets which include but are not limited to: Government, military, corporate, correctional, retail, gaming, education, health care, transportation, sanitation, telecom, energy generation and transportation. Installation size varies from single stand-alone systems to enterprise-wide integrated systems that connect, process and manage information from multiple data sources along with thousands of cameras and voice sources.

To assist in meeting our endeavors, we have found that the resources in India are exceptionally talented, efficient and very effective means for the markets never ending drive for new developments. In may of 2004, general solutions established a software development facility in bangalore, India. This facility is setup with professionals experienced in windows PC development, embedded linux and quality assurance expertise. Our staff is dedicated to the continued pursuit of providing the global market with exceptional technology and quality products. The staff of engineers are pioneers in the digiop technology and development. Currently we employ more than 20 professionals based in this facility. We plan for additional growth in 2006 for technical professionals who will provide support of the product and applications for our global market customers.
