I want to intdoruce in briefe. The company was established in 1997 in the industrial zone of Kayseri / Turkey, as a ring spinning mill. In 1998 starting capacity was 10.000 spindles. And second investment started prodution in 2000 and our production capacity increased 100 % with 20.000 spindles. And latset 2002 we started third investment. With this investment our working capacity 32.000 spindles and approximatly 600.000 kg/ month. At the and of this year 12.000 spindles will start up and our capacity will be 800.000 kg/month.The machinary that we have used for spinning are 1997,2000 and 2003 models Rieter machines. And winding machines are from Muratec/Japan and all are USTERIZED for foreingn fibre didection we are use 2000 & 2003 model Vision Shield Jossi attached to the Blowroom.With this capacity we produce only 100 % Cotton Yarn, Carded and Combed Yarns for knitting and weaving. And our yarn count range we have produce is Ne 16 up to Ne 40. And all production guaranteed to be in 5 % USTER statistics. And this year we have certificated our product fron OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.Please do not hesitate if you want to cooparation with us |
