We introduce ourselves as Mine Owner, Processor and Exporter of Sea and

River Garnet abrasive sand grit in India. We are the pioneers in River

Garnet abrasive sand grit in India.. Our Garnet is Almandine garnet by nature.

The River Garnet sand is considered by the end users much superior to the

any other garnet because of its higher hardness of 8 moh, completely free

fromChloride , Conductivity and Radio active minerals. The grain is more sub

angular,which gives better performance during the blasting operation. Our garnet abrasive grit is proved to be more economical in preparing pre painting

surface like ship Hull maintenance and other various metal surface

preparation. Our garnet consumes less quantity while blasting/ water jet

cutting when compared to any other naturally available abrasive means.

We want to underline that our Garnet meets all technical criteria for a top

class product, analyzed with impressive conclusions by a leading

international research institute SINTEF, of Trondheim, Norway, and already

in industrial scale use in selected markets.

2.Specific Gravity = 4.10 gm. / CC.

3.Hardness Moh's = 8.0

4.Melting Point = 1250O C

5.The conductivity is 4.47 ms/m against the allowable limit of less than 25

ms/m

as per ISL 11126-1

6. The Water soluble chloride is 0.000075% against the allowable limit of

0.0025%

as per ISO.11126-1

7.The Water soluble sulphate is only 0.000035%.

8.River Garnet Sand is from fresh water sources, which does not contain any

salt.

9.Shape of natural grains = sub-angular.
