LED Expert Corporation（LEDEX Corp.）, established in January 1999, is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of state-of-the-art gallium nitride（GaN）LED（Light Emitting Diode）epitaxial wafers and chips. The advanced and proprietary compound semiconductor technology of LEDEX is the consequence of years of intensive R&D from teams of top international LED experts. These comprehensive technologies, including GaN wafer production and chip processing, cover the upstream and midstream of the LED industry. LEDEX’s technology and products have received enormous recognitions from the LED industry and institutions worldwide.
The main LEDEX facility is located in Kaohsiung, the major industrial city of Taiwan, with 40 employees. More than 70% of LEDEX employees are semiconductor research and production engineers with substantial education background and industrial experiences. The R&D of LEDEX is also affiliated with semiconductor advisors in several prestigious international labs such as BlueLAB in Australia.
