LNJ Denim is one of the latest and best possible plant set up with latest state of the art machines and is a total integrated plant from spinning to final finishing of fabrics including
flat finish and coating to produce a total of 13 million meters annually.
Entire plant is brand new and with latest Machineries which was set up in year 2007.

1. All spinning preperatory from blow room to draw frames with auto levelers are fromTrutzler of Germany.
2. Simplex and ring frames are from Zinser equipped with Slub manufacturing devise.
3. Schlafrost open end machines fitted with slub making devise.
4. Murata, process coner 21 with link coner system.
5. Ball warping.
6. Morison range of 24 ropes dyeing.
7. LCB
8. Sizing
9. Picanol Airjet and Picanol rapier looms.
10. Morison finishing machine.
11. Kuster merserising range.
12. Zimmer coating machine.
Grading is done as per 4 point global system. Internal quality manual has been made by an Italian Technocrat who has taken all
sensitive quality checks from Levis, VF and Gap.
We have our own sampling, stitching and Garment washing set up.
We have on board a designer of International repute. We launch two seasonal collections as per time lines of major denim brands in Europe.
Within a very short span of time, we have started supplying to some of the world famous brands such as Levis , Gap, C&A , Valentino, Marlboro etc.
