| About us | Producing line of bolts&screws: This line has formed a series of perfect technology process from the reform of raw material, mould making, production, heat treatment, surface treatment to packaging. Producing line of Nuts: It possesses over 30 sets of automatic cold forming headers and 25 sets of hot forging punches, The adoption of fully automatic threading tapping machines has improved the accuracy of the threads and squareness of the nuts and has also increased production capcity. This helps ensurig delivery of the products timely in the required quality and our compqny developing stably in the competitive market. Process: (for M3-M20 )Cold Forming-Instruments-Thread tapping; (for M22-M45 )Wiredrawing-Blanking-Hot forging-Instruments-Thread tapping.
