15 years of computer building experience
Extensive knowledge of these operating systems(OS): DOS, Windows 3.0, Windows 95, Windows 98(SE), Windows 2000, Windows XP
Microsoft Certified Extensive knowledge of current computer hardware including: Pentium 4 processors, SCSI and IDE drives, CD/DVD burners, as well as essential peripherals(printers, scanners, digital cameras, etc. )
Effective troubleshooting of most hardware and software problems and conflicts(even of systems not built by us)
