| About us | Our company m/s century handloom home collections was founded in 1991 and started exports in the year of 1998. We have 2 more production units in different names. All these years concentrated hardly to manufacture quality products of international standard. While producing and supplying always kept an eye on buyers prosperity. This could be achieved through a team work, comprising 4 design weavers,1 CAD designer,3 preparatory staff and 1 sample dyer, exclusively for sample dyeing. Fabrics created were first of its kind in terms of texture and design. Design ideas were created through the latest software in textile designing. Creativity and craftsmanship of cannanore weavers has given fabrics an appealing look beyond the imagery. Have always kept in touch with the international trend in home fashions and were in a position to offer correct colour scheme for the season. Our products Furnishing fabrics 1) count range:2s to 2/60s 2) construction range: As per the requirements of buyer. 3) width range:48 to 120 4) weave range: Plain, dobby. Made-ups 1) bed linen: Duvet covers, pillow case, fitted sheets, fla sheets, bed spread, bed sheet, valance etc. 2) table linen: Table cloth, place mats, napkin, runner, coaster etc. 3) kitchen linen: Pot holders, oven mitts, double mitts, apron, tea cosy etc. 4) bathromm accessories: Bath mats, turkish towels, bath robes, shower curtain etc. 5) others: Sofa cover, cushion cover, table cover, curtain etc. Yarn varieties - cotton and mercerised cotton 1) size: As per the requirements of buyer. 2) colour range: As per the requirements of the buyer(mainly vat dyes). 3) production capacity:40000 m/month(approx. ) 4) lead time:60 to 90 days or as per buyers requirements. 5) samples: Sample request(2 weeks to 4 weeks). Production unit Company having its own dyeing, weaving and stitching units. Uses soft natural water for high quality dyeing.95% of dyeing is done through using vat dyes, which has got one of the best fastness properties. Currently having more than 150 looms under our direct control.
