PRODUCT RANGE Our Products include: 180/1 viscose filament rayon yarn 100/2 viscose filament rayon yarn 150/2 viscose filament rayon yarn Our Embroidery Yarns are packed onto small paper spools, small plastic cones and big paper cones depending upon the user's requirement. Using different deniers of Viscose Rayon in various plies and applying differential twist factors, we offers a variety of embroidery Yarns suiting various applications. COLOURS Our Embroidery Yarns are currently available in more than 500 shades of various colours, all have been allotted different shade numbers. A multi-dimensional inventory holding in semi-finished and finished form combined with an efficient network of dealers and unique reordering system ensures a very high percentage of availability. Dyeing of our embroidery yarns is done using time-tested traditional formulations coupled with day to day upgradation of techniques giving the optimum depth of colour, brightness, sheen and commercial colours fastness. Vat, Naphthol and Reactive series of dyestuffs procured directly from the most renowned manufacturers are employed for the dyeing of our embroidery yarns. RAW MATERIAL Our Embroidery Yarns are made-up from 100% Viscose Filament Yarn which is also popularly called Viscose Rayon or Artsilk (Artificial Silk). Our Embroidery Yarns use only first quality yarn purchased from the premier most mills in India and abroad. Being a cellulosic regenerated fiber, Viscose Rayon has approximately the same water retention, shrinkage and heat resistant properties as that of cotton, and is compatible for use on almost every type of fabric- be it natural, artificial, synthetic, blended or even leather. |
