The u. S trademarks I have in eyewear which I produce and market include choppers eyewear, skull n bones eyewear, iron cross eyewear, rubbereyes, and chronic eyewear. Both iron cross eyewear and rubbereyes are registered with the u. S. P. T. O. And oppositions to choppers and skull n bones have been filed by jay-y sunglasses and I fully expect to prevail in the litigation. I am instrested in licening all lines of my eyewear to the right company. I am located in southern california and have been in the eyewear business since 2001. I will entertain all inquires. |
