It has been more than a quarter of a century since Matsushita Electronic Components (M) Sdn. Bhd. (MECOM) began its electronic components manufacturing in Malaysia. The success we enjoy today has been made possible with the exceptional collaboration of the Malaysian government, our customers, suppliers, Matsushita Japan and our employees.
In our relentless quest to remain competitive, we have established our own R&D centre, as part of our strategy transformation from an entity that largely relies on imported technology, machinery and equipment from Japan to an autonomous managed one with a system of integrated networks that promote local research, development and design.
