We at michael hanley group have spent many years researching how to quickly buy homes from buyers who may have a unique situation or need to move quickly. We all remember the good ol' days when homes would sell in the same day they were listed, but in today's real estate market things have changed. How many times have we seen our homes or our neighbor's homes sit on market for two months and then sit under contract for another 60 days while a buyer that was preapproved has to scramble for financing!

And then as desperation sets in we begin to look for other alternatives to sell our homes. Maybe we try to sell it ourselves with little success and then we call one of the signs around town that tout "we buy houses any condition" and when you call you find that it's some type of service that promises to buy your home but for whatever reason they cannot buy your home.

Well, we at michael hanley group will put our money where our mouth is and the worst case scenario is that you make $1,000. The one of a kind best possible solution that we could provide is that we pay you cash upfront for giving us the option to purchase your home in at least 120 days or you keep our money!

When you agree to give us the option to buy your home we pay you at least $500 called option consideration 7 days after the time of signing the option contract and we pay you an additional $500 within 3 days after the closing.

Why would we agree to do this? Well, we are not in the business of losing money and we are 100% sure that every property we acquire with an option to buy contract is a property that we can actually buy, therefore we can take bigger risks.
