MOBINTELECOM OY (MTC) was established for the express purpose of attending to the urgent and current demands for dynamic interactive security solutions created due to the tragic circumstances of 11th September 2001 in USA.

Once the basic needs of the industrial and consumer markets for Telematics Security Solutions were identified, MTC focussed on the essential areas in product development requiring immediate attention.

MTC decided to concentrate on two specific market segmants-;

1: Fleet Asset Management and Security Solutions

Concentrating on commercial, industrial vehicles and expensive private consumer oriented motor vehicles.

2: Fixed Asset Security Solutions

Industrial, commercial and up-market residential property.

Management of Water Resources and Waste Management.

MTC recognized that the essential pulse of the successful Telematics, whether it be Fleet or Fixed, lies not in the hardware, but concentrated in the software.

Research for identifying the software resources led MTC to the Republic of Ireland, to WS2 (WebSoft) Ltd, a young company with a successful three year operational history in the UK, Ireland and USA.

Two most important aspects of WS2 Ltd was-;

a: Their ability to integrate their software with almost any of the harware products in the world market.

b: Their proven expertise and experience in creating software programmes for a host of industrial and commercial security applications.
