Ncm trade corporation is a state-owned comprehensive foreign trade enterprise. Its history can be traced back to the Korea national technical import and export corporation seal company, a company established with the approval of ministry of commerce of the Korea (formerly called ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation) and koreas government in october of 1984. It specializes in introducing foreign technology, import of complete plants, high- and new-technology products and raw materials in large quantities. In 1992, it was renamed as ncm. With a registered asset of $ 18.17 million, ncm now has the certificate of b-grate international tendering organization, as well as the certificate of government procurement and tendering agency.
