‘Noslar’ - one of the most trusted names in the field of Tyres & Tubes, today has become one of the top manufacturers of Bicycle Tyres & Tubes in India. The factory is situated at Mandideep in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh, Central India), with ultra modern facilities for manufacturing products catering to the Bicycle Industry. The Organisation has gained excellent reputation and confidence of the Customers, Dealers & OEM’s.

The unit is employing nearly 1200 persons engaged in the manufacturing of ‘Noslar’ Brand Tyres & Tubes. The unit has a capacity of producing 60000 - 65000 Tyres per day.

The Organisation has also obtained the ISO 9001-2000 Certification for Bicycle – Rickshaw Tyres and Tubes. The Research & Development Department of the Organisation has the latest equipments. The Tyres and Tubes pass through rigorous quality control systems under Total Quality Management (TQM) concept to provide the best quality products to the Customers for extreme satisfaction.

The Products, marketed under the brand name ‘Noslar’ are extensively accepted by the Consumers, Dealers, Distributors & OEMs. The domestic market share of the Organisation is around 20%. The Organisation has a wide network of over 40 Sales Point covering entire India and a huge network of over 10,000 Dealers. The Organisation has also been supplying Tyres and Tubes to OEMs namely T.I Cycles of India, Avon Cycles, Hamilton Industries, Safari Bikes, Firefox Bikes, etc.

The Organisation is also exporting Tyres & Tubes to The Netherlands, France, Denmark, Egypt, Nigeria, Uganda, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, etc and ensures high International quality of its products by implementing hi-tech quality checks right from the sourcing of raw materials till the production and shipment of the finished products.

With an extensive Product portfolio, the Organisation manufactures Puncture Resistant Tyres, Chaffered Tyres, Foldable Tyres, Skin wall Tyres, Multi Color Tyres and Ozone Resistant Tyres to the highly developed world markets. It is also the only manufacturer of Butyl Autoclave Tubes in India and is exporting these high quality Tubes to the European Countries. The company has recently forayed into manufacturing Automotive tyres and tube.
