Special condition: The SPA must include the term "(Seller) are ready to pay a penalty of up to
$1,000,000/- in the event that the Seller do not perform after the Buyer sign and seal the contract". And also "if the Buyer do not open the DLC within 7 days after the receipt of 2% PB from the Seller, the Buyer will have to pay the Seller USD$1,000,000/-as penalty to the Buyer".
We are specialist in providing Crude oil, in qty from 300,000 MT to 1,000,000 MT/x 12-60 month.
Seller must be POP and allocation no ready for contract signing. Buyer need POP or penalty clause of USD 1,000,000 for non delivery or if Buyer non performce to issue L/C after contract signed.
