For product test, we have the advanced battery cell tester group, PCB testing mashine, ultrasonic sealing mashine and dot soldering mashine. And all test must be based on the qualified telechnology parameters. Such as:
Cell discharge time must be above 42 minutes from 4.2-3.6V
And PCB must control the Voltage between 2.4-4.2V when discharge and charge the battery. And the inner resistor must be less than 60mohm. And all of the finished goods must be compatible with with the models as original.
